Research method

A research process you can inspect

Optional specialist modules gather evidence. Bull/Bear debate, Research Manager, Trader, risk review, and Portfolio Manager always run. The hosted product follows the deployed research graph, which may differ from upstream experiments.

Research team

Twelve roles, one auditable process

Each role owns a distinct question. Together they make the evidence, disagreement, risk review, and final Portfolio Manager conclusion inspectable.

Evidence analysts

Optional modules collect market, fundamentals, news, and sentiment evidence.

  • Market Analyst

    Market Analyst

Reads price action, volume, and technicals to map trend and key levels.

  • Fundamentals Analyst

Research debate

Builds the upside case and answers objections with evidence.

  • Bear Researcher

    Bear Researcher

Stresses risks and counter-evidence against the bull thesis.

  • Research Manager

Judges the debate and forms an actionable research conclusion.

Trading team

  • Trader

Optional evidence modules

Market, Sentiment, News, and Fundamentals can be selected per job. Selected analysts run in a fixed order from the confirmed listing and analysis date.

Market analysis

Price structure, volume, and technical indicators establish the market context available at the selected analysis date.

Sentiment analysis

Public discussion and related sentiment signals can challenge the evidence. They do not replace filings, prices, or dated news.

News analysis

Company developments and macro conditions are filtered to the research timeline rather than treated as timeless facts.

Fundamentals analysis

Financial quality, valuation, and business drivers are assessed where configured data sources can support them for that date.

Always-on debate, plan, and risk review

After selected analysts finish, the following roles always run. The Trader proposal is an intermediate step; only the Portfolio Manager rating is the product conclusion.

Bull and Bear researchers

Opposing researchers examine specialist reports and surface conflicting interpretations before synthesis.

Research Manager and Trader

The Research Manager drafts an investment plan. The Trader then proposes Buy, Hold, or Sell. That action is not the final public rating.

Risk voices and Portfolio Manager

Aggressive, Conservative, and Neutral analysts stress-test the plan. The Portfolio Manager issues Buy, Overweight, Hold, Underweight, or Sell.

What the report contains

A finished job surfaces the Portfolio Manager decision first, then the supporting Markdown from every role that ran.

Five-tier final rating

Buy, Overweight, Hold, Underweight, or Sell. Do not treat the Trader action as the product conclusion.

Structured decision card

Conviction, reference price and date, position guidance, entry or add zones, stop or reduce level, target, bull and bear cases, key risks, invalidation, and watch items.

Full role Markdown

Specialist, debate, trader, risk, and manager write-ups remain available under the decision card for audit and export in the product app.

Models and deployment capability

Quick-think and deep-think models come from the administrator's open catalog and stay on the same provider for one job. Framework support for a provider does not mean every model is enabled here.
