1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how TradingAgents Report (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our marketing site (www.tradingagentsreport.com) and product application (agent.tradingagentsreport.com).

The Service generates research reports and does not execute trades or hold customer brokerage assets.

2. Information we collect

Account and authentication: Clerk processes authentication credentials and sessions. We store the Clerk user identifier, profile snapshot (such as name and email when provided by Clerk), product preferences, legal consent records, subscription association, and credit ledger entries. We do not store passwords or Clerk session credentials.

Billing: Stripe processes payment methods and billing details. We store Stripe customer, subscription, and invoice references, and signed webhook audit records. We do not store full card numbers.

Operational research data: analysis requests (including tickers/instruments and configuration), generated reports, usage and cost metadata, timestamps, and—where captured with legal consent—IP address and user agent.

Marketing site: standard web logs and browser storage needed for language preference and site operation. The marketing site itself does not process payments or authentication sessions.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate users, run analysis jobs, display reports, bill subscriptions and credits, prevent abuse, secure systems, comply with law, and communicate about account or service matters.

Access is limited to providing, securing, auditing, and operating the Service. We do not sell personal information.

4. Processors and sharing

We share data with processors that help operate the Service, including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), hosting and database providers, and AI model or market-data vendors needed to fulfill an analysis request.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

We retain account, consent, billing references, credit ledger, and analysis records for as long as needed to operate the Service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request account closure through product support channels; residual backups and legal retention copies may persist for a limited period.

6. Security

We apply administrative and technical controls appropriate to a research SaaS product, including access controls and transport encryption. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact us through the product application support channels associated with your account.

You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser. Disabling certain storage may affect language preference or site behavior.

8. International processing

We and our processors may process information in jurisdictions other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual protections with processors.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
